Mr. Muhammad Asif Shamsi is an experienced banking professional. He has a Masters in Business Administration from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad.
He has over 14 years’ experience in different renowned Commercial and Microfinance banks Like Union Bank Ltd, Standard Charted Bank Ltd, Saudi Pak Bank, and FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd (Previously know as KASHF Microfinance Bank Ltd). During this period, he worked on different positions such as Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Senior Trainer and Manager Business Banking.
He has vast experience of sales, customer relationship, development & implementation of business plans, new market identification, market and competitor analysis. He has handled multiple responsibilities under highly competitive and challenging environments during his professional tenure. Motivation, commitment to the successful outcome of tasks, strategic planning and good decision-making ability honed his leadership and team management skills.
He also had the opportunity to work on product development and remained an integral part in planning, developing and launch of different financial products like gold backed lending, livestock, agriculture and MSME. Mr. Shamsi also served as Credit Management trainer which elasticities his skill-set to develop and build an effective sales team with proficiency in areas such as Product re-configuration, Systems review, Portfolio analysis and Data driven decision making. He has overseen both the front and back end operations of financial institutions which enables him to have a diverse view on all aspects of the business.
At 41 years of age, he is a passionate, dynamic team leader and has hands on experience of the field which enables him to develop a good rapport with his staff and most importantly the clients.
Mr. Furrukh Adeel is a seasoned finance professional and is an Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP).
He has over 15 years of diversified experience in different multinational and local organizations at key positions in finance. He has also worked in Saudi Arabia and is aware of international best practices in designing financial systems. In his most recent past, Mr. Adeel has worked for two leading school networks of Pakistan i.e., The City School and Beaconhouse School System at key positions in Finance and Audit.
Before developing an interest in the education sector, he has had a diverse career ranging from managing the accounts of a leading logistics company to setting up the financial systems of a multinational pharmaceuticals company as well as a multinational cosmetics company as their pioneer finance head. He therefore brings rich experience in setting up new ventures and developing robust systems from both a financial and regulatory perspective.
At 40 years of age he brings a lot of passion to making a difference in the quality of education in Pakistan and is also a visiting faculty member with an HEC recognized university since 2011. Furthermore, he likes to play cricket and read books on literature.
Mr. Usman Ali Jarral is an experienced and qualified IT professional and leader. He has a Masters in Computer Sciences degree from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. In addition to that, he is also qualified in Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Business Administration, Punjab University of Lahore.
He has over 14 years of experience in public and private sector organizations and has diversified exposure in all IT facets. With a proven track record of providing support at strategic level, design and development of the Technology based systems and management of the corporate IT Operations. He has served international and national institutions and world reputed organizations. He started his career with the JICA funded project in the Education sector, for the development of online portals and systems for the distant leaning students and institutions’ in Pakistan. Later joined as Head of IT in the Punjab Education Foundation; a government funded organization for the promotion of quality of education through public and private partnership in Province of Punjab. He has also worked as MIS Team Lead in the USAID funded Project, The National Education Development Partners Group (NEDPG) consisting of 20 donors like World Bank, USAID, JICA, DFID, UN organizations and others who are funding multiple projects worth billions of dollars in Pakistan’seducation sector.
He has also been instrumental in providing technological services and solutions to several public and private sector organizations. At the age of 39 years, he aspires to learn and replicate latest technological models and best practices at the workplace
Mr. Salman Akram is a seasoned and qualified HR professional and leader. He has a Masters In Business Administration degree backed up with an International certification, SPHRi (Senior Professional In Human Resources – International) awarded by HRCI, USA.
He has over 14 years of experience with diversified exposure in all HR facets. With a proven track record of providing support at strategic level, leading & adequately managing corporate HR operations, he has served renowned institutions and world reputed brands. He started his career with the prestigious health care and research facility of the country; Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Lahore, Pakistan. Later joined the customer care services domain and headed the HR department of a multi-national group responsible for providing after sale services to mobile handset users (Nokia, Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Lenovo) across the country with over 20 branches.
He has also been instrumental in providing consultancy services to several private sector projects. At the age of 38 years, he aspires to learn and replicate latest HR concepts and best practices at the workplace.
