Mr. Muhammad Asif Shamsi

Mr. Muhammad Asif Shamsi is an experienced banking professional. He has a Masters in Business Administration from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad.

He has over 14 years’ experience in different renowned Commercial and Microfinance banks Like Union Bank Ltd, Standard Charted Bank Ltd, Saudi Pak Bank, and FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd (Previously know as KASHF Microfinance Bank Ltd). During this period, he worked on different positions such as Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Senior Trainer and Manager Business Banking.

He has vast experience of sales, customer relationship, development & implementation of business plans, new market identification, market and competitor analysis. He has handled multiple responsibilities under highly competitive and challenging environments during his professional tenure. Motivation, commitment to the successful outcome of tasks, strategic planning and good decision-making ability honed his leadership and team management skills.

He also had the opportunity to work on product development and remained an integral part in planning, developing and launch of different financial products like gold backed lending, livestock, agriculture and MSME. Mr. Shamsi also served as Credit Management trainer which elasticities his skill-set to develop and build an effective sales team with proficiency in areas such as Product re-configuration, Systems review, Portfolio analysis and Data driven decision making. He has overseen both the front and back end operations of financial institutions which enables him to have a diverse view on all aspects of the business.

At 41 years of age, he is a passionate, dynamic team leader and has hands on experience of the field which enables him to develop a good rapport with his staff and most importantly the clients.

Mr. Hassan Adeel Zafar

Mr. Hassan Adeel Zafar is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant Of England & Wales and a FCCA. along with certifications in SAP B1 Implementation, Managing People, and Time Management.

He is a seasoned Financial Management Professional with over 15 years of expertise. His extensive experience involves evaluating a company's overall financial worth and providing strategic advice on future investments. Mr. Hassan brings a result-driven approach with a critical eye to financial operations, audits, and analysis. He has exhibited the mastery of developing annual budgets, standard operating procedures & internal controls, implementing strict budgetary controls and ensuring regulatory compliances at his previous jobs.

His track record of successful Strategic Interventions, positions him as a valuable asset in achieving organizational goals.

Head of HR & Admin

Mr. Salman Akram

Mr. Salman Akram is a seasoned and qualified HR professional and leader. He has a Masters In Business Administration degree backed up with an International certification, SPHRi (Senior Professional In Human Resources – International) awarded by HRCI, USA.

He has over 14 years of experience with diversified exposure in all HR facets. With a proven track record of providing support at strategic level, leading & adequately managing corporate HR operations, he has served renowned institutions and world reputed brands. He started his career with the prestigious health care and research facility of the country; Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Lahore, Pakistan. Later joined the customer care services domain and headed the HR department of a multi-national group responsible for providing after sale services to mobile handset users (Nokia, Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Lenovo) across the country with over 20 branches.

He has also been instrumental in providing consultancy services to several private sector projects. At the age of 38 years, he aspires to learn and replicate latest HR concepts and best practices at the workplace.

Manager IT

Mr. Muhammad Razzaq

Mr. Muhammad Razzaq has an impressive background in the field of IT, as evidenced by his educational and professional achievements. His BS degree in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab provides a solid foundation in computer science and technology.

With over 12 years of diverse experience in the IT industry, Muhammad Razzaq has built a strong career path marked by leadership and a results-driven approach. His ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities is a testament to his versatility and expertise in various domains within the IT field.Throughout his career, he has held strategic roles such as Project Management, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Developer. These roles have given him a broad skill set and expertise in areas including: UI/UX design, software development, database design and development, database administration, system optimization, dashboard and data analytics, as well as server deployments and configurations.

Muhammad Razzaq's extensive experience and diverse skill set make him a valuable asset in the IT industry. His track record of success and leadership positions highlight his ability to take on challenging projects and deliver results

Manager Internal Audit

Ms. Rabia Fida

Ms. Rabia Fida is an ACCA member and holds Bachelors in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK). She has a diversified experience of more than 9 years in the field of Internal Audit and Risk Management. She started her career with a Big Four Audit Firm which allowed her to navigate the intricate landscapes of internal audit and business risk advisory across varied industrial sectors such as educational, financial, Real Estate, construction, power sector, textile and services. Rabia has executed Internal Audit for the top-notch companies of Pakistan . Later in her career, she got an opportunity to work for the financial sector and worked as Manager Operational Risk for one of the leading Microfinance Banks of Pakistan.

After joining Taleem Finance, Rabia has laid the foundations for the establishment of a robust Internal Audit function, which has played a vital role in strengthening the control environment and risk culture at TFCL.

AM & Team Lead Compliance & Risk

Mr. Muhammad Hammad Rashid

Mr. Muhammad Hammad Rashid did his Master’s in Business Administration from GCU Lahore, enhanced by a Management Development Program from Sunway University, KL Malaysia. After spending 6 years in commercial banking he moved to the Microfinance sector and served in couple of well-known microfinance banks at senior positions. He demonstrated his expertise by building record levels of deposit and lending portfolios during his career with MFBs. He joined Taleem Finance Company as a Branch Manager, proved his worth in branch operations and because of his in-depth understanding of the unique space of education financing, is now leading the compliance & risk department of TFCL.
