Annual Charges:

EMI Loan:

Bullet Loan:

Processing Charges:

• Nil.

Early Settlement:

• 03% of Outstanding Loan Amount + FED.

Late Payment Charges:

• Rs. 20 (per day) + FED.

Any Other Charges:

• Nil.

Cooling Off Period:

• Client can settle his/her loan within 24 hours of loan disbursement without any additional charges.

Annual Percentage Rate:

• The terms and conditions along with Annual Percentage Rate (APR) as agreed between Taleem Finance Company and borrower at time of grant of loan shall not be subsequently changed without prior consent of the borrower.

Digital Fraud Responsibility:

• The Taleem Finance Company shall solely be responsible for any digital fraud as a result of security lapse, operational issues, architecture of the App or any other malfunction of the App.

Device Security:

• User should ensure screen lock settings on the device with a strong password, PIN, or biometric authentication.

App Critical Updates Info:

• TFCL will notify users about updates through mobile notifications and enforce them within a grace period based on the criticality of the fixes. Information about these fixes will be published in the app release notes as well.
